Default Testing an Emiscope 3/2 7" tube

Going through all my service data I came across this hand written note about how to test an Emiscope 3/2 7" tube. It's my writing, so I must have got it from somewhere or someone as I have never executed such a test myself. I think I must have re-drawn it from another hand written note. Anyway, I offer it here in good faith, I cannot vouch for it's usefulness, accuracy, safety, whatever, just that it may be useful. Feel free to point out any dangers etc, even so far as if what it says is total rubbish!
