Mick,
I attach the key information:circuit, board layout specification. Probably all there was in the manual anyway. They never told you the CRtube type, as I think they shopped around for each manufactuing batch. I suspect D10-160 Philips. It would be helpful if you let me know please what you have fitted in your scope.
There also is a Mauritron copy floating around on the web which includes circuit description.

Weren't the Scopex scopes the same as the Farnell scopes? Might find a schematic that way?
