Default Bush DAC90A radios.
Hi, would anyone have any Bush DAXC90A radios for restoration, that they would be willing to sell? All costs met.

DAC90A's were available in black but are not that common.

OK, I would like to see a photo of one, not one that has been painted. There are original very dark brown ones out there. Trader sheet 1161 only mentions Brown & Cream. Manufactures only mention one part number for the case.

Hi Brian,
There is a brown with black dial (in v good condition) DAC90A for sale in Consett for £40 Buy It Now price and it includes the original much prized Bush branded lead. Looks to be in un-restored working condition. Even the back is intact!

I have no connection to the seller.

I’m possibly going to offload one soon, as I’ve just acquired an AC91. The one I’m thinking of is not perfect, it has the wrong knobs for a start, and I think the cabinet has a slight crack too. I’ll have a look for it.

Having previously participated in a similar discussion where the general consensus was that they didn't exist, I too would like to see a photo of a black DAC90a. You never know, although it wasn't officially an available colour, a few may have been made early on, and inevitably at some point crept out. Would it be worth as much as a green Ekco AD65? I very much doubt it!

I have one in ivory that's clean and untouched, though there's a slight hairline crack above the dropper as is inevitable.
