Default RGD 516AC Receiver.

Please could someone confirm on the manufacturers and the ERT service information for the RGD 512AC, V1 and V2 are transposed on the chassis layout plan.

The Trader sheet seems to be different, are V1 & V2 marked correctly on this service sheet.

Thanks
Mike

I am surprised no one has had any experience of one of these sets. I am also surprised no one can confirm the error in the manufacturers service information.

Can't find any data sheets at all for a 512 - sure you didn't mean 516??

OH dear what a plonker, yes that should have been the 516 AC. No wonder I got no replies.
Please can someone edit the title.
Thanks
Mike

The ERT matches the makers, the Trader has them swopped over. Should be easy enough checking the wiring which is correct.

ERT service manuals are usually a direct copy of the manufacturers drawings.
However Trader possibly examine the set themselves and draw the circuit based on what they find.
I am assuming the Trader sheet is the correct one but just wanted to know if anybody can confirm the manufacturer error.

I dont have an example of the radio, which is why I am asking. I have been alerted to the problem by someone contacting the Radio Museum and wanted to get a positive conformation before correcting the information on the Radio Museum.

thanks
