I really like that, thanks !

His videos are short and to the point; just what I like. I've been put off youtube videos for ages now, and find many painful to watch.

Most youtube channel hosts seem to love the sound of their own voices, and post seven-hour videos of how they clean the tips of their soldering irons...

Or move around so much with the camera/phone in hand that it rapidly induces motion sickness.

I certainly agree, it is good to see a decent UK based channel with good content.

I have noticed he now has 26 subscribers

I gave him a thumbs-up for his "untitled rant February 2022" (featuring the Roberts Stream 83i) about the movement of radio streams to individual broadcasters' "apps".

Thanks everyone, especially Mark for the mention. I try to keep the videos at around 20 minutes max, as that's my typical youtube attention span

Sometimes there's not enough for a logical split though so they may go a little longer.

Hi Neil, you are welcome, your channel deserves more subscribers, I only came across it while searching Google for info on my recently rescued Philips 380 radio, see here: https://www.vintage-radio.net/forum/...41#post1450041

Although I mainly restore valve equipment, I do own a large collection of transistor sets, so find your content of great interest.

Keep up the good work & I hope you gain many more subs.

...and post on the forum too. It's a friendly place and you'll soon feel at home.
