I'm not far away either and have an empty van, but I have had a sudden new health problem this afternoon and can't get out. I've alerted the person offering that there is potential interest from these quarters and someone is likely to be in touch presently.

I don't know if anyone has been in touch with these people. I wasn't able to do anything, it turned out that I had just had a minor TIA so I am grounded for a while.
