VRAT Forum.
The old Vrat forum is back again for how long I know not but all the old posts are still there.

Re: Vrat
Well it never went away, it was just read only while plans were made to merge the old Vrat with new the one, Vrat 1 and Vrat 2.
It’s taken lot of time and effort from Chris but it's done and working well. See this link. https://www.radios-tv.co.uk/communit...ed/#post-92677

Re: Vrat
Yes I rejoined recently but not been that active due to personal commitments. Its nice to have the different forums not in competition just with a differing slant.
I feel they complement each other rather well. Cheers Mike T

Re: Vrat
I agree with that, Mike.
This forum is the one for me, thank you, but I wish Chris and the lads on VRAT well. I drop in to read it from time to time, and it's nice to see so many familiar names there. Presumably Golborne's still up and running too? Nick. |

Re: Vrat
VRAT is dead to me, why bother when it will get killed off again. We had a grand little forum, with a good spirit, Chris ended it without so much as a PM to say why or that there was another forum. I only found out about this month's later. Another bone of contention was that we couldn't retrieve our PM's.
As you can probably infer from my text above, I feel pretty strongly about it, which some might think daft, it's only a forum right? Whatever. Nuff said. Andy.

After I 'left', Chris deleted all my posts which makes reading some of the threads rather difficult to follow when people were responding to something I had posted.. Andy |

I haven't been following the twists and turns of VRAT but I know the original version was very popular and busy, which was great to see. I hope the new combined/merged/whatever VRAT version is as successful as the original was, and I hope Chris and the others running it manage to avoid some of the dramas that beset them previously. |

Re: VRAT Forum.
Still the same old story.
"You have entered an invalid username/password combination." "If you have forgotten your password please retrieve a new one." How can I retrieve a new one if I can't retrieve the present one? I am basically locked out of my previous threads like others. As they say on Dragons, I'm Out.

Re: VRAT Forum.
Hi TopCap. You never had an account on either VRAT forum so you can't possibly have had a previous password. By all means join if you want to but start from scratch. Anyway Paul's forum is not the place to discuss login problems on VRAT! Contact Chris directly if you want to and he will sort it out.

Re: VRAT Forum.
I must admit I thought it had gone. Good to see it back though, never met him but Chris always seemed a nice chap on here and there. Along with this one I used to like that forum six/seven years ago.

Re: VRAT Forum.
Basically the original forum has reinstated all the old accounts but with forgotten passwords.
If you still have the original email address just request a password reset email and click on the link. I had to wait a few minutes for the reset to complete. |
