Technics SU-8011 - DC Voltage on Speakers
HI Folks,
This is my very first thread and would like to ask for advice. I am repairing an SU-8011, and the issue is that the Left channel has a 30 + DC Voltage. My Question is more directed to the voltages on the AMP STK-0039 since, i am getting 30 + Volts on Pin 0 , when i should be getting 1.2 Volts. The STK 0039 and Q306 and Q 305 are out as i believe they are fried . Any suggestions would help Thank you. |

Re: Technics SU-8011 - DC Voltage on Speakers
Almost certainly an internal short-circuit between the output pin(pin 0) of the STK-0039 and it's +ve supply pin. This may also have fried Q305 & 306.
