Can anyone tell me did Bush radio ever make an extension speaker for the Bush VHF64, also where would i go to buy an external antenna to match the date of the radio about 1957.

There's no "matching aerial' as such for that or any other model of that era if you're thinking a matching brand ie Bush as it were. In terms of the AM reception you need a long length of wire as high as possible and preferably outside of your house. In terms of the FM reception you can go from a single dipole to a Yagi array, but again they would have been made by aerial companies such as Belling. Just google FM aerials and you'll find plenty. I can't speak conclusively, but I don't think they made a specific extension speaker for it. But again, plenty of other manufacturers made extension speakers at that time.
