Would anyone have the circuit diagram for a hanimax la-ronde slide projector wired remote. It has 4 wires in the socket on the projector but I do not have the wired remote that plugs into the projector.

I think what you mean is HanimEx. An Australian company and distributor of photo related products.

I thought Hanimex was a Dixons brand? My late father had a Hanimex la Ronde slide projector. ISTR it had a circular magazine to hold the slides.

Dixons did sell them and so did shops around the country. It wasn’t a Dixons own brand. When I was in the photo trade during the 50’s/60’s we sold large quantities as they were good products and good value for money. Their UK base was in South London

From my own researches:
Hanimex. An Australian photographic products company that also diversified into cassette and eight track tape recorders/players in the 1970s (that were also sold in the UK). Based in Sydney. Founded by Jack Hannes in 1947. In 1974, Hanimex UK moved out of London to Swindon, where a factory was being built (they were also negotiating to build a factory in the Irish Republic). Hanimex was bought by Gestetner in 1989, which itself was bought by Ricoh in 995. FujiFilm bought Hanimex from Ricoh in 2004 and use of the Hanimex name was discontinued. |
