Default "The Salon" sound box restoration

Spent some time today replacing the grommets and washers on this mica disk sound box.

Mostly plain sailing, I 3d printed a TPU back adapter for it as the old rubber one had warped and cracked. The first print didn't work as the clip for the tone arm was embedded and I had to re print in two pieces to replace. It functions well, although I will glue the two pieces once I find a suitable glue. Apparently pvc pipe glue works.

For the time being I used some black cloth tape for aesthetics. The sound was greatly improved I believe. Here are some before and after shots and I filmed this one so you can watch it here:
