Hello,

Trying to identify a vintage TV from early to mid 1950s (parents' old set, now lost). Boxy wooden case with removable underneath panel for servicing. Two knobs on front under the screen. Frame and line hold controls accessed by a screwdriver in holes on sides of case near the top and front. I think it was band 1 only as we had a converter fitted later for band 3.

Or am I confusing two early sets? Very long time ago now.

Receivers that have holes for the adjustment of controls tend to be from the Philips stable. May have been an 1100 series or the later 14" 1446 series. John.
