All being well I'll be there.

I'll bring my Little Maestro to see what the experts can make of it!

I think the only thing I need to take, other than the Dual deck is me, unless Monsignor Pateman wants the Tek trolley bringing.

If I have forgotten something, please remind me!

cheers Mark

What sort of Little Maestro is it and what's the problem?

Cheers,

Mark can you please fetch your Graves set on Sunday, or just the tuning knob to get it sorted. I have one knob ready to bring with the PP9s for you and Steve P and one knob to find I think I put it some where safe and also an ER model K for Mark. And not forgeting 4 valves for Framer Dave.

At this event there will be two cards for the speedy recovery of David Boynes and Edward Bean, they shall be on the BVWS table for everyone to sign, then they can be forwarded.

Well done, Mark and staff; an excellent do, and numbers seem to be increasing every time. I now have another FenMan II to supplement my other one thanks to Steve Kendal.
FenMen IV?

Will appear in Success Stories in the (far distant?) future.

Good to meet all my friends, plus putting a few more faces to names.

Hi Mark
Sorry I didn't get to see you before I left - many thanks on a great event. I was even persuaded to open my wallet - hope the moths survived! Now listening to the wireless I bought (using Mr Bodgitt's method - snip the mains cap and plug it in)....

Hi,

A very well organized and attended event; I think these events just get better and better this being the third I've now attended.

What a delight it was to see Mike Barker's restored cabinet on display looking absolutely splendid. well done Mike a top job.

Steve P was having fun teaching a "Pilot Little Maestro" who was boss and extracting plenty of squeals from it. Nice one Steve I like your style.

Many thanks to all who introduced themselves to me; it was good to put faces to names and make new friends.

Kind regards, Col.

Thank you Mark, it must have taken a lot of your time to arrange an excellent meeting, I thoroughly enjoyed meeting people behind the "avitars"

A big thank you to Mike Barker also for being so reasonable with his prices there were some excellent bargains to be had on the BVWS stall.

I also got some great Books in excellent condition from Dave Walsh and his brother again thank you for the reasonable prices and nice to meet you.

Regards
Mike

A great day, Mark. Plenty of talk about transformers, 3 phase conversion, etc.

Card delivered to David Boynes, much appreciated and a quick report in the members section.

Thank you everyone for your support and kind comments.
A big thanks to all those that traveled from far and wide to attend and the kind gifts from David (the wife loves the bowl and the signal injector and caps will be most useful), and Col for the caps.
By the time I got to the BVWS table just about every radio had been sold which was a blow. However Rob (Guitarist28) was very generous, (very much obliged Rob), with an HMV radio Alarm.
I did manage to grab some goodies from 60oldjohn for the Graves, and a few other things, books and a few other sets sets.

Also thank you for your feedback, it is encouraging. Next years dates were fixed this afternoon.

cheers Mark

PS it was nice to see Mikey Bennett (not down some dark hole) and the Tazman!

My first such event and hopefully not the last. I've now certainly got a 'To do' pile which should see me through the winter.
