Default RADAR CRT Tester and re-activator instructions

I know this topic has been raised before and hope I'll be forgiven for this posting, but I am in need of advice/instructions for operating one of these!

It's a type TT, containing 2 mains transformers and has a Westinghouse solid state recrifier.

A schematic and manual would be useful, but in default of these - can anyone tell me how to use this instrument please?
