Default Manor Supplies Mark V Colour Bar Generator

Hi!

Can anyone help me with a data sheet/block diagram/application notes for the TEA1002 PAL Encoder IC used in the Manor Supplies Mark V Colour Bar Generator, *OR* alternatively the Construction Plans originally supplied with it?

The ZNA234E Ferranti IC is working but the colour O/P is missing. I purchased this s/h a year ago but the seller had long since lost the plans!!!

(I can redo my own plans if I've got the TEA1002 info by the way!)

Many thanks,

Chris Williams

I have a Mk5, which gets used VERY occasionally. I attach a scan of the circuit and the Mullard TEA1002 from the instruction book and can supply more pages if you need. Not a very good copy I am afraid, but neither is the original which is a photocopy.

Hope this helps
Dave

Hi!

Thanks very much for your time and trouble Dave! It looks whoever built the one I've got made more than one assembly howler!

However the paper you've posted is a bit unclear so could you post what else you have on this please - there might be a parts list etc. I can use!

Hi!

To Members dsergeant and kevinmin, thank you both very much Gentlemen!

Sorry I don't have your names to hand here but this info is excellent and exactly what I need to sort out where my colours might have gone! I don't know wether I'll ever get round to making a new set of CAD-drawn circuit diagrams, PCB layouts etc and write this all up properly on a PC but rest assured if I do it will be posted!

Once again, thank you both very much for taking the time and trouble to assist!

Chris Williams

Note for Mods - Another post Succesfully Solved!

PS! A full Plessey Data Sheet for the ZNA234E Pattern/Sync Generator has recently been added to many Datasheet search-engines!
