Default Bang and Olufsen Vintage Beomaster 900

Hello ,
Ive recently purchased a lovely B&O Vintage Beomaster 900 Cabinet. In 1968 it cost the princely sum of 268. It was bought as seen and the cable has been cut right to the back of the cabinet so I am not sure it works. I live in Bracknell and would like to find someone local who can check it over and help with the restoration. I'm hoping with a new cable it works ! if not plan B! TIA MD
