Default Grundig Phono Boy.

Have one of these for repair. one problem is the volume/tone knobs are missing. They are dual concentric thumb wheel knobs [both on the same shaft], the odds of finding them are small, but I am at a loss how to fabricate anything to do the job.

Anyone any ideas?
