Some new old stock nine-inch MW22-16, MW22-17 or MW22-18 TV tubes!

A TARDIS would not only give the extra space, but also provide the opportunity to go back and buy things before they became collectable.

A Pioneer SX-1980 monster hifi receiver from 1978 and rated at 270 watts + 270 watts, 20 Hertz to 20,000 Hertz with no more than 0.03% THD. I don't need the power, I just love the receiver! Thinking about it, it would weigh down Santa and his team of reindeer, so I'll just have to keep looking and hoping that someone sells me one!

Radios: A Collins R390-A (with all the fiddly old drifty resistors and leaky capacitors professionally replaced by modern reliable ones, and a full alignment). To paraphrase the ads for a certain Danish lager: "Probably the best Receiver in the World".

HF station: A Collins 75A-4/KWS-1 'separates' combination (again with all the old wibbly parts replaced throughout). 1Kw PEP output, reliably...!

Computers: A DEC-10 or DEC-20 (running BBN's TENEX) - along with the airconditioned space/cooling-plant/power so I could actually run it.

TVs: one of the litle Panasonic "Commando 505" portables.

Testgear: a R&S Polyskop-II (again restored and using modern parts for reliability).

A traceably-calibrated Bird-43 and a complete set of plugins (I seriously regret selling mine for a pittance a couple of decades back).

And finally, just for fun, a flight-ready English Electric Lightning (along with hangarage to dry-house it)

True: If I had a TARDIS I'd go back in time to the very early-1980s and buy as many shares in those new, emerging small-systems software/hardware companies called Microsoft Intel and Apple as I could afford!

And stock up with those old-fashioned, obsolete PX4s and PX25s on the way home....

(1) A Yamaha GT-2000x turntable

(2) The part of the mechanism that is broken on my Thorens TD-224 that is stopping the auto changing from working.

To be honest, I’m not sure which of the above two is less likely!

I fear that they've all gone leaky by now.

A Seeburg V200 jukebox. I regret selling my VL200 which I'd restored many years ago.

The DeLorean got the last one, all the others had been used years before making interocitors.

And Me! Really miss that!
And to recover the full use of my hands again, so I can do intricate work without dropping small fiddly bits into the guts of the job in hand.....
And as asked for in post #39 above.
