Default Can anyone identify set?

Okay so a guy is offering me this set for FREE and all I know is that its a Korting/Gorenje and you can see there on the bottom right there is something written along the brand name but its too blurry to see

does it look like its from late 70s early 80s ? it seems to be wooden case also maybe the control panel gives out some clues ?, is it old enough to have discrete componentry inside maybe ?

any help would be welcomed

Hello, the speaker grille suggests Grundig, I may be mistaken but I seem to remember something similar. A shot of the chassis will, no doubt, stir memories. There were so many sets around then but it will help.

I don't think it is a Grundig. It is similar, but I have never seen a Grundig like this. Also the control buttons don't look like Grundig.

Lokks like a late 70's set. Probably a mix of IC's and discretes.

Definitely a late 70's set. Looks deceivingly but not quite like Grundig. Körting (Gorenje) sounds more accurate especially since the set is in Slovenia. It also made me think of Siemens, in which case the text on the bottom right might be "Bildmeister". Körting did make a few sets for Siemens, I think.

It will have some IC's, but probably a full size chassis with some modules on it. Possibly thyristor deflection stage.
