Can anyone identify this autodialler ?
I think that's what it is, the white panel with the keypad in the middle of the photo. It was taken in the early 1980s so possibly an early product of British telephone deregulation. Thankyou.

Re: Can anyone identify this autodialler ?
I recognise it.
My good friend Gerald G4HAL had a small radio and TV repair business immediately opposite where I lived, and one day he had a visit from someone from the PO, who asked if he would like to try out their "latest piece of kit". He opted to have it mounted on the wall next to his 701 phone. A black box had to be installed on the exchange frame to convert the DTMF from the dallier back to LD.

Autodial 106 / TD Callmaker?
http://www.britishtelephones.com/auto106.htm Trailed in early 1979 and available on rental terms only. Introduced in 1979. The US version is discussed here http://www.classicrotaryphones.com/f...?topic=16031.0 |

Re: Can anyone identify this autodialler ?
In that case it couldn't be the one I remember, because it was DTMF capable.

Re: Can anyone identify this autodialler ?
Although only the LD version of the Autodial 106 appears on Bob Freshwater's site, was a DTMF version brought out later?
