Default Old test equipment sale, various items from Belper

Good evening,
I am having a good sort out now I have moved in to my new house in Belper. I need to get the garage sorted out as it is full of test equipment and other items and can hardly move!!. I have decided to drastically reduce the amount of items in here and I am offering everything here FOC or a small donation to the cause. All is collection from Belper in Derbyshire only. Most of the items work properly to a degree although obviously with no calibration. Quite a few small workshop/Components to take away as well.

1) Philips PM 6661 frequency counter 80MHz
2) Philips PM 2519 automatic multimeter
3) Philips PM 2522 digital multimeter
4) Philips PM 6612 frequency counter/timer 80MHz
5) Philips PM 5715 pulse generator 1 Hz - 50 MHz
6) Philips PM 5509 PAL TV pattern generator
7) Philips PM 8110 mini chart recorder
8) Philips PM 2423 digital Nixie tube multimeter
9) Orion TV PAL pattern generator
10) HP 3406 broadband sampling voltmeter
11) Agilent 34401A digital multimeter. Donít think it is working on resistance ranges.
12) Cossor 2 channel oscilloscope 3100 not fully working
13) Kingshill 24V DC lots of Amps, regulated power supply
14) Levell transistor decade oscillator type TG66a
15) 2 foot high collection of 78 gramophone records. Some in poor condition
16) Wayne Kerr component bridge B521

I would be interested in the Philips 2423 multimeter.

Are you seriously giving away the Agilent 34401A FOC? That's a very generous offer. Would be interested in that as a repair project as well.

Hi

Interested in:-

10) HP 3406 broadband sampling voltmeter
11) Agilent 34401A digital multimeter.

The 34401A is worthy of more than a "small donation to the cause"!

Can collect.

That HP 3406 is an RF voltmeter that goes down to microvolts!

It's a narrowband measurement which phase locks onto the incoming signal.

The sampling heads are in the probes, so it doesn't go very high without the accessory attenuators which slip on the probes.

The collection requirement locks me out, so I'll have to forgo jumping in the hat for that 34401A.

Wow, I'd be interested in the Agilent 34401A to use as part of an automated component measuring system. I'd only want to use in on the DC volts range for this and I'd control it remotely via a computer. So I don't care if the display is faulty or if the buttons don't work for example.

Can you put me in the hat for this please? I can collect any time and I'd offer a decent contribution for it.

Could you put my name forward for both the Orion TV pattern generator and the Philips PM5509 pattern generator please. If successful I would appreciate these posting, of course all expenses met. Many thanks.

So Chris what's the situation, it's 6 days on from your last posting. Have all the items been sold and collected? Are you posting any items out? Just wish to know if I should carry on waiting or look elsewhere for the pattern generators.

Good morning,
Many thanks for your interest. The signal generators are still available. The Wayne Kerr bridge and Philips frequency counters have been put aside, the Agilent and Nixie tube multimeter has gone to a new home but everything else is still available. I cannot really post anything as I cannot easily get out to a post office.

Hi Chris, I have just had an offer from another forum member re collection. Please reserve item 9 (Orion Pattern generator) and the 78's for me. Also if there is actually another one of these pattern generators then please reserve that one for me as well. Hope to collect in the next 10 days. Thanks

Dave
