Default Sunlight World Clock SL-341

Hi,
When I was at the Radiophile Auction at Coats Heath on Sunday I won this. I wondered if anyone had an operators manual they could let me have a copy of?

I have worked out the basic functions but it is not very intuitive!

Thanks
Trevor.
