Default Another TNMOC Jumble Sale - Sunday October 13th

Another TNMOC Jumble Sale - Sunday October 13th

This will be similar to the previous events, see the threads here:
https://www.vintage-radio.net/forum/...d.php?t=159449
and here:
https://www.vintage-radio.net/forum/...d.php?t=155370

Opening time is 10.00, doors won't open before then!
Finish time is around 16.00.

There is no charge to attend the sale, and if you spend £15 or more you can get a free ticket for the museum (normally £7.50 / £5 for over 60's).

Details on the museum's website here:

https://www.tnmoc.org/events/2019/10/13/electrojumble

Entrance is via the gates to the Bletchley Park site, but TNMOC is a completely independent museum and there is no need to buy a ticket for BP. After going through the entrance barrier, turn left at the T-junction and then keep going until the far end of the road (straight on at the vintage roundabout). The entrance to the sale room is on the right.
If in doubt, the BP parking guides will show you the way if you ask for the Computer Museum.

I hope to post some pictures here, to show what's on offer, late on Saturday after setting up.

And final pictures:

The nice Leak Troughline Stereo tuner is still available.

There's a box of (used) PL509's for those who fancy building a cheap RF linear amplifier. Or even an audio amplifier, EAR style (don't tell them, Pike!).

Also PL504's, some other TV valves and, er, a box of ECL80's ... I think they have been multiplying like rabbits whilst in storage.

Oh, and a mountain of HRO coil packs and a heavily modified R1155.

That was a close call - I've been away two weekends on the trot, and all yesterday, so SWMBO would take a dim view if I announced I was going off today to fill the car with gear!

Have a great day everyone!

It was a good day there today, I picked up a few nice goodies and had a look through the computer museum too.

Belated thanks to all who attended this sale. It raised over £850 for the museum.

There will probably be another one sometime next spring and, if so, I will post the details.
