Default R4 Book at Bedtime, Henry's Radio Connection

Last night I caught a bit of Alan Johnson reading his autobiography (I think its title include the word Postman) one of his relatives was a manager at one of the shops in the 1970s who unfortunately he took his own life.

My ears were alerted because I worked in the R&TV industry in the 60s and I had a co-worker of the same name who I lost contact with when he moved to London. Might just be a coincidence but does the name Michael Whittaker ring any bells?
