Default Marconi TF1106 noise generator

HI Guys.

I got this Marconi Noise Generator TF1106 off a good friend, I have got it working but I cannot lower the output level to zero on any scale range, the 150volts power is OK and the control level pot is OK the signal output from the BNC is fine.

Does anyone have a copy of the manual or a circuit for this instrument? Or know how to calibrate it as there are no internal controls.Gezza123
