Battery scans are fine. Try downloading a numbered document though.

This recent message from the WS19 Group might be relevant if you're having problems -
"We have had several members sign up in the last couple of days, and a quick check has revealed that several do not have a "Display Name" affiliated with them. This is the equivalent of the old "Yahoo ID".
Check your Groups.io profile.
