Default Goodmans One Ten receiver

A vintage Goodmans One Ten receiver. All working, I've gone over it, replaced faulty bulbs, cleaned pots and switches etc. All inputs tested and all radio ranges checked, FM stereo, MW, LW etc, all fine. Tone controls and filters work, and both speaker outlets work. Nice condition generally (see photos), however the faux black heatsink (not connected to any components or metalwork) is replaced with a strip of black tape. Also, the couple of small areas on the scale where white paint has flaked away are now back painted with white paint.

They're on offer at £50 for non-working and parts sets, through to £80 for ones that frankly aren't much better, on an auction site. The Goodmans One Ten was highly regarded in the hifi press at the time, and people 'in the know' still rate them highly nowadays. £70 plus £12 shipping by Hermes.

There is no hat, first come first served. PM me with your full name, address and email and mobile number (for courier to use) and Iíll reply with payment details by Paypal. Thanks.

£60, and it's much better than some of the £50 ones listed elsewhere that claim to have been "power tested", ie they switched it on..

These are very good, I used one as my main receiver for over 20 years with no issues. Well actually the volume pot will go noisy eventually......

Thanks Peter for that. I have three of my own in different guises, they're that good.

I thought it would have been snapped up. They work well and have great looks.

Steve, is this still available? Would need the hermes option though, no wheels atm.
Hope I'm not too late!
Cheers from Bill.
