Default 6BN6 Gated Valve FM Tuner

I am trying to make an Fm tuner using the above valve as my FM discriminator
I have made most other types and would like to try one of these fascinating tubes /valves
I have obtained a no of these and would love to hear from any one regards the impimentation of this

Hi Trevor,

I haven't tried fooling around with the 6BN6 & Friends myself, though I'd like to some day.

Just wanted to add that there are a few articles about this little gizmo floating around on the 'net, which may give added insight. Search for 6BN6 on the page linked.

thanks for the link but I have allready downloaded that one !
I was hoping that some one may have a schematic with values etc
