Default Philips BYV95C 1.5A 600V fast, soft recovery diodes

Hi All,

I have a surplus of approx 1200 or so Philips BYV95C 1.5A 600V fast, soft recovery diodes.

These are very useful, high quality, low noise rectifiers with many uses.

[They are on bandolier tape, but mostly out of position (see photo), so a little tape adhesive on some part of the leads, easy to clean off.]
I'll can't see me using all of these, so I thought to offer some here nice 'n cheap..

Offered for 6.00 per 100 diodes
(or take 300 diodes for 15)
+ 1.50 post (post same for up to 3 lots)

If you'd like some, please send a PM.

Cheers
Rob

No, you want slow diodes for RF switching. 1N4007 etc are actually PIN diodes to get the voltage rating, and this makes them useable as RF switches, at least for transmitter use. They're better RF switches than they are 50Hz rectifiers!

Fast rectifiers are good for not making RF hash.

Hi Pete,

Hmmm, they're really intended for rectification, the datasheet for this type is here to check specs:
