It looks like it could be a Grundig.

I don't recognise the recorder, but that's a Collaro Studio deck so it won't be Grundig.

Not sure what make the recorder is but as it has a Collarro Studio deck it isn't a Grundig.

Looks like a Stern Radio "Fidelity" offering with the HF/TR3 amplifier, old completed listing for one here for reference only:
