Default Re: Fitting the cabinet - the kiss of death..

Seems we've identified two types of 'fitting the cabinet back on' faults. Those that are actually caused by some strange effect that the cabinet is having on the 'workings' be it electrical or mechanical, and those that are just sod's law, ie you do loads of work restoring, soak testing and carefully refitting the cabinet back on a set (not always easy) and then a previously unfound or intermittent fault pops to say, "fooled you!". Mine have generally been the latter.
