Default Rogers Preamp and other odd bits FOC

As a result of coming back with too much stuff from the Audiojumble on Sunday I now have a few bits and pieces looking for new homes. All of these are FOC and I will post things although I'd like a contribution towards the cost of postage. All are untested.

1. Rogers Cadet preamplifier chassis - missing the front panel and a couple of valves. The phono sockets are also corroded.

2. Grundig stereo adaptor - or multiplay adaptor for a reel to reel. In very good condition complete with box and instruction sheet.

3. Panasonic charger

4. Mains transformer on plate with voltage selector and fuse.

5.Weller soldering tip with number 6 on base. This is for a large iron (quite a bit bigger than the 60W iron I've used).

6. Gold loudspeaker chassis - appeared to be continuity on the coil but my meter battery died while measuring it so don't know the exact resistance and it feels fairly stiff so the coil could be rubbing.

If more than one person is interested in something I'll run a hat.

Good morning,
Could I go in the hat for the Rogers Cadet please. I would need it posting though but would be more than happy to pay all postage costs.
Kind regards,
David

Hi James,

If no-one else wants it, I think that soldering iron bit may fit an iron I have. I've got both the 100W and 200W Weller irons.

Useful beasties when removing screening cans. With a big iron you can get the job done quickly and electronic parts don't get stewed waiting for a small iron to bring things up.

Got a couple of people interested in the Rogers Cadet so I'll keep this open until 8pm tomorrow evening.

Can I be considered for the Grundig stereo adapter, please?

Could I also be considered for the Grundig Adaptor please? Being looking for years for one of these to go with my Grundig recorders. It is designed to allow monitoring on one track whilst recording on the other to produce a synchronous recording.
Many thanks,
Peter.

Our lad has just picked the names out of the hat and Captain Pugwash came out first for the Rogers preamp while Reelman came out for the Grundig adaptor. Radio Wrangler claimed the soldering iron tip. If you can PM me your addresses I'll get them in the post in the next few days. I'll hang on to the other bits for at least a few days in case there is any more interest in them.

Many thanks for the interest,

James.

Having only just seen Peter Reelman's request I was going to say I'll step aside as he has a specific need for the Grundig adaptor. Glad his name came out of the hat!
Peter, would you be able to provide a scan of the circuit of it, please?
Graham

Sorry - I've just sealed up the package before seeing this but here's the relevant part of the picture above.

Cheers,

James.

Hi Graham, thanks for your comments and sure, no problem at all with a scan although I see James has just posted a picture. Just PM me your email address please.

Thanks again to James, much appreciated.

Peter
