Wima capacitor ID help
Hi all
Harting tape deck tribulations continue! I need help identifying these silver metal cased wima caps....I’m guessing some kind of paper but that’s not too important what I need to understand is the values and ratings. They are marked simply with wima and 50/12 50/30 500/3 I’m going to take a guess that the first value is voltage and the second capacitance in mdf? One of these tests as a diode. The others I haven’t got to yet. Thanks Mike |

Re: Wima capacitor ID help
They are electrolytics, and probably well beyond their service life.
Modern replacements would be 47uF / 40V (x2) and 470uF / 10V or 16V |
