Default Philips N2219 problems

Hi,

i have a Philips N2219 with a couple of nasty problems.

first of all, the motor is running ridiculously fast and cannot be adjusted with the speed trimmer, the "tape end" led flashes at the end of the tape but the motor keeps running like crazy

also, there's no audio output, but i can get it to reproduce some barely hearable audio by touching pin 21 of the rec/play switch with a metallic object such as a screwdriver, touching it produces a loud pop in the speaker, the meter light dims for a split second, then it starts playing at very low volume even if i remove the screwdriver.
