The tablets in our Gala Bingo run Windows XP. Again it works fine and is on a separate internal network so there is probably no reason to change it until the hardware needs replacing. It is only when a device is on the internet that security updates and anti-virus etc becomes an issue.

Embedded PosReady 2009 is just a cut down version of XP. Lots of cash registers and ATMs still use it, and it's still being updated by Microsoft. I don't know if anything like that is still running W2K but I suppose it's possible.
