Well I have updated the diagram as I see it from the pictures you have posted. The modification I did to the diagram is a bit untidy as it's freehand, done in red for clarity.
Are you sure the resistor is open as I can't see any fault condition that would open a resistor of that value/rating in that position? "If that board burn between C653 and the link wire is a piece of track blown out then it's possible that IC67 has failed." Try de-soldering one side of that wire link that I mentioned in a previous post and locate IC67, check for low resistance/short on pins 5 and 8 if it's low or short then the chopper device inside IC67 has failed.
