Default BD155 equivalent?

Hi - I have a Sinclair PZ6 I am trying to resurrect (to go back into a Project 60 box) and I have found that the BD155 transistor is kaput - I have a few similar transistors - BD139, BD136, BD138 - are any of these suitable as a replacement? The PZ6 is a regulated mains PSU, delivering about 30 volts to drive a stereo 60 and 2 x Z50s (all Sinclair).
This was one of the first amplifiers I built - all I could afford in the early 70's!
Any advice on equivalents welcomed!
Cheers
Andy

The BD155 is a pretty bog standard Si medium power transistor. Seems to be 60V 1A, but you may not need the 60V rating if the operating voltage is significantly lower. A BD139 should be OK, but I think the others you mention are PNP.
