Hi!

Can anyone who's got a PM5544 or a readable Circuit Diagram of Unit 9 (Grid Matrix) tell me the values of :–

C1 to C4 in the Clamp Generator ;
R21 to R30 in Unit 9's Clamp Generator please?

. . .The values on my diagram have deteriorated into tiny black dots!

Hello Chris
Please find attached a PDF copy of the circuit for the PM5544 Unit 9 Grid Matrix board. I have rescanned the original A3 diagram in two sections and at 600dpi so it is readable, and you can zoom in to 400% to see any extra detail you require. If you have a copy of the Operators Manual for the PM5544 there is a component list for each Unit at the end of the manual.
I hope this helps.
Regards Stan.

Evening Stan !

Thanks for those, it looks like all Philips Supply Line chokes are simple ferrite beads with holes – can you see how many holes they have? – I can import the pic into Sprint Layout to measure their dimensions and look them up from that!

Hello Chris
Please find attached five photos of the supply ferrite beads on the PM5544 Unit 9 Grid Matrix PCB. I measured all the ferrite beads and the average length was 10mm and the average diameter is 6.2mm and each bead has six holes in it.
There is no value listed for L1, L2 and L3, just a description, "Coil" and a Philips part number:- 5322 158 10052.
I hope this information is of some help to you,
Regards Stan.
