Default Technics SL-J1

Hi I'm working on a technics SL-J1 linear tracking record deck all cleaned and new belts fitted but I'm having trouble finding new lid fittings four in total both different they hold the lid on to the arm assembly.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Barry.

Are these the plastic push in type things? First a bush goes in then the plastic sort of pin pushes in that and expands it so it locks in place.

You may have to improvise.
