Hi,
Has anyone got a scanned copy of this book? Or a link to where I might find one. Best regards, John |

You don't mean An Approach to Audio Amplifier design by GEC by any chance? I've not heard of the book you refer to but a lot of research material can be found here - http://www.tubebooks.org/technical_books_online.htm its a vast stash of valve tech.

I imagine the OP means this book Andy
https://www.hificollective.co.uk/boo...code-2002.html I don't know how HiFi Collective have come to label it as a GEC book. Their picture of the front cover clearly shows it to be Philips. Although they list it on their website they don't currently have it in stock. Cheers, GJ

Thank you all,
It was the Philips book I was after. Yes, Amazon have it at a huge cost, that was why I was hoping someone had a pdf copy. But the link Martin posted looks interesting. John |

Sorry, but it turned out that I only have this book in French and Dutch.
I can't upload the French book because of its size (6.7 MB). If you want it, please send me a PM with your email address and I will mail it to you. I have read somewhere that there is software to be found on the web that translates pdf-files. Not ideal but perhaps second best if you can't find this book in English.

Hello,
Does this help… http://www.introni.it/pdf/Rodenhuis%...20Circuits.pdf Alternate link... https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=...b&opi=89978449 This is the final (second edition) from 1965. As far as I know (first) original edition dates back to 1954 and subsequent 1960 edition is an updated continuation of the 1954 edition. The link is to the second edition of the 1960 book. Terry |

The second was, or should have been, a search with Hi-fi amplifier circuits – E. Rodenhuis as the first result.
Anyway, the first link works..., so, all’s well that ends well... ![]() Terry. |

Tried several times with two browsers and they repeatedly timed out but yet another attempt got there... and I already have that one! Thanks anyway.

When looking for rare books, don't faff around with google, the best bet is to enter the details into www.bookfinder.com
