Default HSVT cards

Hi Folks, can anyone point me in the direction of a supplier of thin plastic card suitable to make punched cards for the Mullard HSVT

Thanks, Ed

Hi Ed, I use HIPS, high impact polystyrene, about 0.5 or 0.7mm thick.
I get mine from a local craft store, Squires, but they are available on line.

If you just need one or two cards I can punch them for you.

Thanks Peter, I now have my own punch nearly completed and decided to start making some of the ones I don't have.
It works fine on thin paxolin, but that is expensive to buy

Cheers, Ed

I have used HIPS for some time now and it is robust enough to stand being used in the HSVT, there is no signs of the unused spring contacts trying to break through the plastic.

Otherwise known as Plasticard. I use it for all sorts - replacement dials etc.
