Default Repair of 486 Computers

Good morning,

Can anyone recommend somebody who would be willing to take a look at three faulty 486 25MHz computers please?

They are actually Austin Rover "Testbook" car diagnostic machines and are sort of a cross between a desktop and early laptop, with a flip touchscreen.

All three have the same problem - when connecting their 19V supply, the power LED flashes briefly, but then the computer won't power up. Occasionally, one of them does!

It's like electronically, something isn't latching on, but I'm no expert.

A repair place close to me in Somerset would be brilliant, but I don't mind making a journey or packing them for a courier if necessary.

Thanks,

Adrian
