The final item, I'm told!

A technics SA-150L tuner. I don't know if it works or not. I would be surprised if it did not, though.

£10 - as before collect from Betchworth in Surrey...

Sorry if you already knew but technically this is a receiver rather than tuner. It has the tuner, and the power amplifier.

Thank you, duncanlowe, for pointing that out! Now I have looked more closely, I can see that that is so.

So the Technics SA-150L receiver is available for £10 - collect from Bethworth...

Nice receiver with a phono input, though the styling won't be to everybody's taste. The amp is quite meaty for a receiver of that period.

Good, budget amp of the era. Not built like the earlier ones would have been, but typical Matsushita reliability. ISTR it used STK output slabs, but I've not had any problems with mine.

Mach One... could you not plug a pair of headphones in and see if the radio works? This might tempt people more.

I don't have the items here where I live. I am acting as an 'agent' for my friend with these items who did not want to bin them before seeing if there was anyone who would want them. I would be surprised if it did not work but that is not the same as saying that it does or does not work.
