More misc bits; all items 3 donation + 4 p&p, except for lot 38, which will be 3 donation + 2 p&p

Lot 36 SOLD

Relays Two good solid beefy relays. The one on the left is a 4PDT break-before-make with a coil resistance of 2000 ohms. It pulls in at 15VDC.

The one on the right (2PDT) has two electrically separate 150 Ohm coils, either of which will energise the relay at 5VDC. The label states that the coils are balanced, but I don't know what this double balanced coil arrangement achieves; from the contact arrangement it looks as if it may be for latching. I don't know either whether the coils are wound in phase or in opposition.

See Photo 1 below

Lot 37

Circuit Board (NOS) Contains 1 x CV7085 Mullard Germanium PNP power transistor (= OC28)

Qty 6 CV7345 Silicon planar PNP transistors (= BCY31)

Plus numerous smaller diodes, zeners and passives.

See photo 2 below

Lot 38 SOLD

Coax connectors
BNC chassis sockets, qty 5
BNC T-piece connectors qty 6
Mini BNC plugs qty 5, chassis sockets qty 3
Unknown coax plugs (look just like a miniature TV aerial cable plug) Qty 3, matching chassis sockets qty 2.

See photo 3 below

Lot 39 SOLD

Another Brandenburg 576 EHT unit Plus cable and plugs. This one contains a working drawing which states the the input takes 12V DC; EHT OP 1 = +1.5KV, EHT OP No 2 = -1.5KV

See Photo 4 below

Lot 40

Calex Power Supply 115V AC input, outputs +/-15VDC @ 200mA

See Photo 5 below

Order by PM, please.

More assorted pieces. All at 3 donation + 4 p&p

Lot 46

Misc Relay 4PDT, 24V. Brass lamp bayonet fitting. Rectangular panel series switch, illuminated button. Reed switch & cable. Very nice 100uA m/c edge meter graduated 0 to 100 in steps of 5.

See Photo 1

Lot 47

Adtech Power Supply IP 115V 50Hz, OP +/- 12V DC

See Photo 2

Lot 48

EHT Test probe Cable has been snipped off, but looks easily replaceable.

See Photo 3

Lot 49

Another Brandenburg 576 EHT unit - these seem to be popular! 12V in, +/-1.5KV out.

See Photo 4

Lot 50

Not entirely sure about this one; it simply says "Equaliser" on the label. The supply listing states "Equaliser Band Stop". I have others similar where the label simply says "Filter". Measuring this one, it gives terminals 1-2 R=48.5K; 2-3 R = 48.3K; 1-3 R=448 Ohms, L=3.2H. No "C" readings, which would seem to imply it's just an L-R filter.

See Photo 5

All orders by PM, please.

Hi, Dave - they certainly look exactly like the input BNCs of my scopes and mate exactly with the 50 ohm test leads I use.

Hi, All,

Giving this one a bump in case anyone missed it first time round. Have a look through the thread - there's still plenty of stuff left. There are no >1/2W resistors left, other than the large wirewounds, of which there are hundreds.

If you fancy something that has been marked as sold, then by all means ask about it, since there are lots of duplicate items. However, don't ask me to root through 9 barrels and 2 large boxes of stuff to find a specific pot or wirewound, though. Firstly, life's too short. Secondly, in most cases the stuff is still in its primary standard packaging and the label will simply say "Resistor" or whatever, together with its NATO stock number, so the only way you'll really know what is in the packet is to strip off the packaging that has protected it for the last 50 years or so.

Look on it as a cheap lucky dip, and a way to stock up on stuff that might be useful one day.

If there's no further interest in the kit, then I'll pass it on to a retailer of surplus kit for a substantial donation to Sarah's charity, so the stuff will still be available to you, albeit at a somewhat higher price.

Cheers,

Frank

Hi, Ed,

Nope, sorry - I don't know why; I've been sending and receiving PMs from others over the last couple of days, and I didn't spot your posts in the thread.

I've just PM'd you with my email address in case it's a problem at your end.

Any ideas, Mods?

Cheers,

Frank

Hi Frank, over the past months I believe about 4 PM's / mails seem to have gone astray.

I was asking for some of the remaining bits, so I'll repeat via direct email.
