Anyone have a circuit diagram or service manual for this model?

Peter, I have sent you a PM. Every search I make on http://www.radiomuseum.orgfor Yacht Boy 300 draws a blank. Other Grundig models, yes, but not that one!!

Is this the right one? If so I've got a schematic for it somewhere. I'll look it out for you.

Amazing, I found it!
It's quite small, and this is about the highest resolution I can post here. If you need anything better, PM me with an email address, and we'll take it from there. Cheers Tom |

The one I have is a Taiwanese made version(Z no.7.50027) looks the same externally, except that the figures on the tuning scale are white on a dark background. The circuit is similar, but uses jap. transistors.

Re: Grundig Yacht Boy 300
Interesting. The one I have is also made in Taiwan, with exactly the same number on the back label (7.50027). I've never looked inside it. It fell into my hands when I was clearing my parents' house. They bought it in about 1980. The schematic was in a pile of papers. I couldn't find any other documents relating to it.

Re: Grundig Yacht Boy 300
Slight puzzle there, Tom. I assumed that Z no. indicated the version concerned, tho' I don't know what the Z is short for.
