If you want to minimise component changes, measure the voltage on the V4 control grid with a DMM. Any +ve volts indicate that the cap is leaky and needs to be changed, but you may be lucky.

Yes, sorry, it's the one across part of the output transformer primary with one end going to the anode of the output valve. I think it's that very dark looking wax one I mentioned.
