Lightbulb Who can service my Tascam 38 ?

Hi,
I've recently bought a Tascam 38 (8 track reel to reel recorder) and, though it's in pretty good condition, I think it would really benefit from a thorough service (preferably by a specialist of reel to reels). I am based in Liverpool and a servicer in the North West would be ideal as they are extremely heavy machines to send by post. Can anyone recommend someone? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Shame your so far away, I use to have 2 of these and serviced them, I think though the P&P would be a crippling factor though

I can't recommend anyone (wrong side of the world!) but if you ask over in the analogue forum at http://www.homerecording.com/bbs you might have some luck - there are a few poms on that forum who can be quite helpful.
