Default 120-0-120v Transformers - battery eliminator?

This may be useful - www.wcnsupplies.com
Have a look at page 3 in catalogue 22. 15VA - £3.00.
I will probably use it as a battery eliminator as my 91v zener has been waiting for a use for years!

Hi Gents, a better way is to recycle and use the transformers from old videos, they had several windings of various voltages for both HT (voltage doubler often needed ), LT and GB. Usuallly free from local waste ground/ tip.

Thanks, RM - I just stuck it in off the catalogue and forgot to put the protocol and home page in!

I suppose it must be me in some way - but I can't get to a page with transformers on it from either the abbreviated 'link' or the correct full one:

Hi Tony
About half way down, link ; 'catalogues to print' then catalogue 22 link. It is page 3, near the top.

I'm sorry to dissapoint you Mike, but the transformer on page 3 ( page 14 of the pdf ?? ) has standard 0-120, 0-120 primaries and a 13.5v secondary.
I cannot see any other with 120-0-120v secondary.

Andy

An admirably easy site to negotiate (I don't think).

I get out quite a bit... and I couldn't even find a transformer, let alone a wrong 'un
Dunno about you being 'maxima culpa', more me being 'maxima dimwit'

p.s Rather good conversations, these though, don't you think!
