Default In circuit valve testing

I want to test the anode volts from a PX25 in circuit. The equipment manual gives the voltage as being 410 measured between the anode and the frame. Before I blow myself up, by frame, does it mean chassis?!!

Many thanks,

Keith

Yes it does mean to chassis. At that voltage make very sure your probe is well insulated. 400V DC is definitely not something you want to touch.
