Default Rectifier diode FMX-G22 equivalent?

Hello,

(In a Panasonic TV PSU board.)

Does anyone know an available equivalent for this ultra-fast-recovery rectifier diode Sanken FMX-G22?

Data sheet attached.

Thanks,

Michael

Default Re: Rectifier diode FMX-G22 equivalent?

Try STTH2002D1 Farnell 129249

It's a 20A part with 175A surge rating. On the principle that if you're replacing a diode, then it might not have been comfortable in its task. This is an insulated TO-220

1295248 is the plain TO-220 version, which oddly is a bit dearer!
